SHIPPING POLICY

We don’t sit on orders. We pack them, press them, and get them moving.

Most orders ship out in 2–4 business days. As soon as your gear heads out, you’ll get tracking so you can stalk it like your ex.

 

Delivery times depend on the carrier and where you live. (Some suck. We get it.)

 

If your package shows up wrecked, missing, or something looks wrong—tell us. We’ll fix it fast. Replacement, reship, whatever it takes to make it right.

 

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package boomerangs back to us because of a bad address, we'll resend it.

 

Got a timeline question, special request, or something weird going on with shipping? Reach out. Real people answer. No runaround.

If you’re not stoked on your gear—for any reason, at any time—we’ll take it back.
Wrong size? Changed your mind? Didn’t love the fit? Got it covered in pine sap on day one? Whatever. No guilt, no lectures, no corporate runaround.

Here’s how it works:

  • Return or exchange—your call. We’ll refund your money or swap it out.

  • No longer available? If the same item isn’t in stock, we’ll match it with something equivalent in quality and value—or refund you instead.

  • Defects or print issues? Send a quick photo and we’ll fix it fast.

  • We may ask you to send the old item back so we can learn from it and keep improving—but we’ll keep the process simple and at no charge to you.
